Request a Service Call

Please Note:

If you decide to lodge a service call,  we will contact you (usually) within 1-2 business days regarding an appointment at a day and time suitable for you.

A call out fee including 1hr labour according to our current fee schedule will apply for any appointment. This fee needs to be paid by the person lodging the service call at the time of attendance.
No charge applies if you cancel your appointment a minimum of 24hrs before the scheduled service. Cancellations must be done in writing, either by email or by completing this form again.

If you are a tenant and you believe that the issue is not within your responsibility, please consider contacting your real-estate agent or landlord to lodge a service call.

If you are an owner and you believe that the issue is not within your responsibility, please consider contacting your building manager or strata company to lodge a service call.
