TVR light is green.

Note: if the TVR light is green this generally means that the common system is working and the fault is most likely within the unit.

While this could still be a Strata issue, chances are high that this is either a tenants or owners issue.

If this is not a buildings warranty issue, the person lodging a service call will be responsible for payment of the charges occurring.

Minimum charges are a call out fee and one hour labour according to our current fee schedule.

Check in unit’s NBN cabinet if connection lead from TVR to splitter/tap connected and other cables plugged in.
